• Gain general understanding of life in the DR by leading Mission Trips, Funding Groups, and Ministry Partners (April 2014 – Ongoing) 

Phase III – Ministry Research & Development (Part 1) 

• Cultivate ministry partner relationships (April 2014 – Ongoing)
• Network with U.S. children’s homes & other international organizations to establish transferrable best practices for the DR (April 2014 – Ongoing)
• Utilize current Transform365 outreaches in Santiago & Montellano as best practices “training ground” (April 2014 – Ongoing)
• Evaluate NPO options in the DR (August 2015 – one week)
• Begin & Complete DR area surveys (August – October 2015)
• Learn about human trafficking hotspots near potential locations (August-October 2015)
• Explore means of self-sustainability unique to the DR (August-October 2015)
• Engage helpful political & legal connections (August 2015 – October 2015)
• Identify property options for future ministry base (November 2015)
